30-Day Return Policy We want you to love your Zneel piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to return
- Email us at destek@zneel.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back to us
- Once received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange your item for a different style or size. Contact us at destek@zneel.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or incorrect items If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
